How we ensure you have a stress free move:
  • Call Frosts Removals on 01908 3821 96, to discuss your domestic or commercial move requirements
  • Frosts will assign you a professional team to arrange your move, visit your domestic or commercial site and discuss your  options available
  • You will then receive a written quotation free of charge explaining your move and any special services agreed from the initial visit
  • You will then be required to complete your form and return this to our office.
On the day of your move:
  • Frosts team of professionals will arrive with the transportation vehicle at your property or commercial site and our supervisor will take a risk assessment as per protocol to ensure the safety of the move. Please note: If you are moving from a domestic property to another or relocating offices then you must ensure that you obtain the keys to your new destination by 2.00pm on the day of the move.
  • All furniture items and white goods are protected with a woollen sheet in transit for safety and protection against any damages
  • The Frosts Removals team will unload all your items and valuables into the rooms as requested in your move plan. If you have agreed for the unpacking service then the team will unpack all valuables and items on to open surfaces and clear all waste on the same day, or the following day depending on the schedule and timing
  • Once your move is completed we will request that you fill out our questionnaire and leave us feedback. This will then be used to maintain or further improve our services for future customers
